You Can’t Keep Doing This Forever
So how do you decide whether to stay or leave?
You need real support and guidance for the pain, the uncertainty, and the conversations no one prepares you for.
Knowing you need to talk isn’t the problem…
it’s what happens when you do.
You’ve tried to have the conversations.
You’ve explained what hurts.
You’ve asked for change, for honesty, for effort, for something to feel different.
And maybe for a little while, things change.
But then the same patterns come back.
The same fights.
The same shutdown.
Walking on eggshells.
Tension. Distance. Uncertainty.
So now, you’re not just struggling with communication.
You’re struggling with what this relationship has become.
And you’re left asking the question you never wanted to be asking:
Are we still in this… or are we done?
What Most Couples Need When Facing a Divorce Decision is not another circular conversation.
What most couples need is clarity.
Coaching helps you sort through the pain, address the issues causing the most damage, and get honest about whether repair is possible, whether it’s wanted, and what path makes the most sense.
So you can decide what comes next with more clarity and less second-guessing.
Coaching helps you stop spinning in the same loops so you can move toward clarity and an honest decision.

I know how hard it is to feel like you’re alone in a marriage that isn’t working and not know what you want to do.
Meet Kari
If you’re here, your marriage probably feels hard.
When a relationship reaches the point where you’re questioning whether to stay or leave, you need more than generic advice. You need a way to understand what’s happening beneath the surface, address the issues causing the most pain, and get clear on what’s actually possible.
That’s the work I do.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Interpersonal Communication and am a professionally certified Relationship Coach, with specialized training in trauma, infidelity, PTSD, and addiction. I’ve spent years helping people navigate relationship pain, communicate more honestly, and make deeply important decisions with greater clarity.
This work is personal for me, too. I’ve been through the divorce decision myself. I know how confusing, painful, and life-altering that process can be. And I know what is often missing when people are trying to decide what to do next: real evidence.
My program is designed to help you gather that evidence.
Evidence of whether change is possible.
Evidence of whether repair is wanted.
Evidence of what path makes the most sense moving forward.
My goal is not to push you toward staying or leaving. My goal is to help you see your situation more clearly, so you can move forward with honesty, confidence, and less regret.
